FAKE SPIRITUALITY ⚠️ Don't idealize spirituality, however you define it. It doesn't light up anymore because of the number of images and decorations on the altar. Much less for the many amulets that one wears around the neck. It's not cleaning or sahuming your house if you don't first change your thoughts and behaviors. It is not the number of certificates, mystical trips, hours of meditation and yoga that makes you special. There is no use taking ayahuasca all week, taking snuff three times a day, thinking that you will always be in connection with the universe. It doesn't do any good. It is in daily actions where spirituality is lived. It is in the willingness to do what needs to be done whether in relationships, at work or in organizing the house. It's in the food you prepare, thanking for simpler than it is. It is in perseverance and discipline in fulfilling the things to which you have committed. It is in the good morning that you say to the Neighbor, the market manager, in the kindness you do in traffic, in the way you treat the people around you. Living spirituality is hard work and it is not always pleasant and easy. It is self-observation that removes the veils of illusion and romanticism. It is real and daily life that teaches us to be an integral being: with a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body. So be more truthful with the situations you live. Be more generous and empathetic with the people in the house. FULFILL WHAT YOU HAVE PROMISED. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL YOUR ACTIONS. Do not continue to think that everything that life requires effort is a trap of the Matrix. This is the real world and we are here to live this real experience. So give it your best. Only then will everything you invoke in your spiritual moments make sense. Only then will the forces of the universe work in your favor. Stop romanticizing your spiritual practices and resume and stick to the old advice of the wisdom of silence. BEFORE MEDITATE WASH THE DISHES.
